St. Joseph's LifeTeen program, in Ponchatoula, Louisiana, offers structure to our parish's youth ministry. Offering support, valuable resources, and trainings, LifeTeen feeds and helps foster life in our constantly changing world, keeping the views of the Church at its prime.

Our Life Teen program serves a dual purpose as both Youth Ministry and three year Catechetical preperation for the Sacrament of Confirmation. Life Teen meets on Sunday evenings September-April including the 5PM Mass with Life Night following at St. Joseph Youth Center. Various social events, retreats, conferences, pilgrimages, outreaches, and mission trips are offered for teens to encouter Christ in the Sacraments and eachother throughout the year.

Radiant Joy

Life Teen dives into a year on the Sacraments with the renewed lens of what it means be truly human in  intimate relationship with Christ!  Radiant Joy is a year of digging deep into the Sacramental life and communal life of our Catholic Faith to discover our identity in Whom and through Whom we have been created.

Join us as we seek to become the "Light that shines in the darkness" and "share in Our Master's Joy"!
